KCSD, Ethos partnering for vaccine clinic for 5-11 year olds

The Kenton County School District (KCSD) in partnership with Ethos Labs is offering COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine clinics for ages 5-11 at Dixie Heights High School and Simon Kenton High School.  Students who received their first dose at the Nov. 13 clinic should make sure they are scheduled to receive their 2nd dose on Dec. 4. Students may also receive their first dose at the Dec. 4 clinic, but would need to schedule their 2nd dose  at Ethos Laboratories (Far Left Entrance) for another time. The recommend interval between doses is 21 days for Pfizer-BioNTech, however up to 42 Days between doses is permissible when a delay is unavoidable.  An appointment is required; please visit  https://www.ethos-labs.com/vaccinations/ to select your time and location.  .   • Simon Kenton High School  8am-5pm, 11132 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051

            Use lower side door entrance to school, the vaccine event will be in the library.

  • Dixie Heights High School 8am-2pm, 3010 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017

            Use the main entrance to school, the vaccine event will be in the cafeteria.

Please bring your insurance information to the clinic.
