The information is intended to equip our staff in making informed decisions on the procurement, usage and disposal of District resources.  
 
The Kenton County School District's Purchasing Department bids several thousand of the District's most purchased items on various line item bids. These items can be found by clicking on Bid Forms / Requisitions. Then, select the category for the supply.  Other items, not already secured by a line item bid, can be purchased by using an approved catalog. Click on Bid Tabulation. Then, select Catalog Discounts to locate the approved vendors.  In the event that an item or service is not already on the line item bid, nor is there an approved vendor listed within the Catalog Discounts Bid, contact Cinda Roberts, Purchasing Agent, to be advised of the necessary procedures to proceed with the said purchase.
