As the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) reminds our country of its obligations to children and provides parents and families with a powerful voice to speak on behalf of every child while providing the best tools for parents to help their children be successful students.
Piner Elementary would like to invite you to join our wonderful Parent Teacher Association! Officers are elected yearly in the Spring. We are always seeking parent involvement – please let us know if you are interested in volunteering at a specific event such as Readifest, Fall Festival or Candy Cane Lane or at one of our various activities throughout the year. The PTA Board meets the second Thursday of the month at 5:00pm. General meetings for members are held twice a year, usually in conjunction with another school event.
